Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
Apostille Anywhere ("we," "us") is a private, independent document-logistics service. This policy explains
what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number — when
you fill out our inquiry form, message us, or place an order.
- Order information needed to perform the service you request, such as the country your
document is for, your deadline, your shipping address, and the fingerprint card and identifying details
required for an FBI Identity History Summary request.
- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never
see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To perform the service you hired us for — requesting your FBI Identity History Summary, obtaining a
U.S. Department of State apostille, arranging certified translation when ordered, and shipping your
documents.
- To communicate with you about your order by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their
marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the parties necessary to complete your order: the FBI (or an FBI-approved channeler) for your background
check request, the U.S. Department of State for the apostille, a certified translator when you order
translation, our shipping carriers (e.g., DHL), our payment processor (Stripe), and our form and email service
providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its part.
How long we keep it
We keep order records only as long as needed to complete your service, handle any follow-up questions, and
meet basic bookkeeping requirements. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time (see
below); we will honor the request except where a record must be kept by law.
Security
Your documents and personal information are handled only by our core team on a need-to-know basis and are
never posted, published, or used for anything other than your order.
Your choices
- You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- If you have opted into any email updates, every message includes a way to opt out.
