Meet the Service in 90 Seconds

Celeste from Apostille Anywhere explains how the partner program works (in Spanish).

The Washington, DC Advantage

Only one office in the entire United States issues the apostille for an FBI background check: the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC. How the document gets there makes all the difference.

The traditional mail-in process

6 to 12 weeks

  • The document is mailed in and waits in the federal queue
  • Nobody can track it or speed it up
  • Your client gets frustrated and your team wastes time answering questions

Apostille Anywhere

2-3 weeks

  • Team based in Washington, DC
  • We drop off and pick up documents in person at the State Department
  • Weekly delivery cycle, with a 1-2 week rush option
  • Real-time tracking through our portal

Companies without a DC presence simply cannot do this.

How It Works

1

You send us the case

Load your client's details into our partner portal, or refer it over WhatsApp. It takes minutes, with no long forms.

2

We handle everything

We pull the FBI background check, hand-deliver the document to the State Department in Washington, DC, arrange the sworn translation if you ordered it, and ship it by DHL to your country.

3

You deliver and look good

The apostilled document arrives at your office or straight to your client, under your brand. We never appear in front of your client. You keep the credit and the margin.

Who You're Working With

Apostille Anywhere is built around one advantage: presence in Washington, DC. While other services wait weeks in the mail-in queue, our team drops off and picks up documents in person at the U.S. Department of State. That is why we are weeks faster.

The company is owned by Bevon, a U.S. military veteran, who serves partners in English. Celeste serves partners in Spanish. Your team and your clients can always communicate in the language they prefer, and always with a real person.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an apostille?

A government-issued certificate that makes a U.S. document valid in other countries. For FBI background checks, only the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC can issue it. More than 120 countries accept it under the Hague Convention.

Does the client stay ours?

Yes. We work 100% white label: we handle the process behind the scenes, but the relationship, the communication, and the billing with the end client always belong to your firm.

How does invoicing work?

Through our partner portal. Each case generates an invoice you can view and pay online by card, and your full history stays in one place. If you handle several cases a month, we can consolidate them into a single monthly invoice.

What does the partner price include?

The $190 (standard) or $250 (rush) price includes the FBI background check, the State Department apostille, in-person handling in Washington, DC, and international DHL shipping. Sworn Spanish translation is a $50 add-on per document.

How fast is delivery?

Standard service takes 2 to 3 weeks door to door. Rush service takes 1 to 2 weeks. We can do this because we hand-deliver documents to the State Department instead of waiting in the 6-to-12-week mail queue.

What about the client's fingerprints?

We guide you. Your team gets simple instructions for taking fingerprints on the FD-258 card, and we review every card before submission to avoid rejections.

Do we need a minimum volume?

No. Send one occasional case or several per week. Partner pricing applies from the very first document.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Celeste serves partners in Spanish and Bevon in English, so your team can always communicate in the language they prefer.
